This Returns & Exchanges Policy ("Policy") applies to https://backhomebox.com and Prince Holdings LLC ("Company"). All references to the Company include Back Home Co., a project/product under Prince Holdings LLC. By purchasing from our site, you agree to the terms below.
Due to the nature of our products, which include consumables and handmade goods, all sales are final. We do not accept general returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect items to process a resolution.
Depending on availability, we will either:
• Send a replacement item or box
• Issue a partial or full refund
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
• Food products (e.g., Goo Goo Clusters, rubs, teas)
• Bath and body products (e.g., soaps)
• Candles and other consumables
• Personalized or limited edition items
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at admin@prince-holdings.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product/packaging if applicable
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). If a replacement is issued, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
